Amateurs talk strategy, professionals talk logistics. If that sounds repetitive, thank you for reading parts one and two already. Previously, we discussed how the White Empire has used the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and Reserve Fleet to avoid economic consequences for their imperializing. Now we'll discuss how they used Missile Defense to avoid military hits for their militarizing. Until, mashallah, they didn't. Now all of the Empire's shields are down, including the most obvious one.

Missile Defense was called Star Wars when I was growing up, mockingly. In 1983, President Ronald Reagan said, "What if free people could live secure in the knowledge that their security did not rest upon the threat of instant U.S. retaliation to deter a Soviet attack, that we could intercept and destroy strategic ballistic missiles before they reached our own soil or that of our allies?" Senator Ted Kennedy called this idea 'Star Wars' because Reagan's idea involved shooting things down from space.

Of course, no one is trying to nuke America, only Americans have used nuclear weapons. What America feared was not nuclear weapons per se, but the idea that they'd ever lose the power to unilaterally aggress anybody and get away with it. What they really wanted was the ability to do evil and get away with it without consequences. That is the point of all these reserves. The oil reserve is to steal oil, the shipping reserve is to block shipping, and the missile defense reserve is to shoot missiles. There are no abstract principles at work here. They're just bad people who want to do bad things.

The oil reserve (devised in the 1970s) serves as an oil shock absorber and the Reserve Fleet (marshalled in the 1960s) serves as a military/commercial buffer. The third shield is missile defense.

Missile defense is perhaps the craziest reserve because it means storing many more missiles than you expect to get hit with, and all their accoutrements, like radar and launch platforms. And making the whole system mobile, because who knows where you'll be attacking next week. This doesn't seem like it would work very well and it actually hasn't worked very well, but it was a very successful sell. Missile defense worked good enough that people believed in missile defense and so its defensive power was real. It just wasn't really tested.

The problem that becomes catastrophic at scale is that an interceptor has to be both smarter and more plentiful than the missile it's shooting down. It needs to track and manuever intelligently (while the other missile needs to just fall), and usually at least two interceptors need to be fired (often much more). You can see the math problem here. It's theoretically fine as long as you're not really tested, but if the test goes on too long, you're guaranteed to fail. Economics aside, it's just a math problem. It's one of those graphs where the lines start close together, and then rapidly diverge (like India and China's economies). Your reserves have to be many times deeper than your enemy's resolve. This is the missile gulf that the Empire finds itself drowning in now.

They Know

Like every strategic reserve we've discussed here, they know. Somewhere deep in the hindbrain of the deep state this is all acknowledged, I rely on imperial reports for this entire series because these issues are all published, always to ask for more funding. However, as Upton Sinclair said, it's very difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on him not understanding it. All of these reports conclude with the need to invest (re: grift) more, and none even meekly proposes maybe not attacking people. They keep devising more elaborate bulletproof vests for school shooters and never once consider just not killing children. It's just taken for granted that the Empire needs to be so massively offensive that it needs a massive stock of missile defenses.

However, they do acknowledge base reality, at least in passing. A 2024 Congressional Insider Trading newsletter said,

U.S. BMD capabilities are not designed to counter the full range of ballistic missile threats. They are designed to deter and defend against (1) ballistic missile attacks on U.S. forces abroad, as well as allies and partners, and (2) attacks against the homeland from rogue states, like North Korea and Iran. U.S. BMD is neither intended for or capable of defending the homeland against the ballistic missiles of peer competitors Russia and China; instead, the United States relies on its nuclear forces to deter these threats. If deterrence fails, U.S. strategy describes missile defense as a tool for “damage limitation.”

It's funny to say that missile defenses are not meant to defend against Russia and then sell them to Ukraine. It's also just racism to say that they would work against Iran and Korea when they obviously haven't and won't. Turns out that missile defense is a paper tiger, gone up in a puff of smoke. Missile defenses are, as they said, just tools for 'damage limitation.' This is, of course, not what they were sold as, so this is some serious brand damage. Witness the Empire losing all its Gulf bases in about five days.

Ignoring how well these missile defenses work at all (not great, especially against modern threats like drones and hypersonics) the question is how well they work at scale (terrible).

If you look at how many interceptors they have left (via the warmongers at CSIS), their missile defense system was one and done. They had enough missiles for one sustained battle, they picked two (Russia and Iran), and now they're done. That's why they're talking about 'economic war' now. They lost the military war.

Just look at the defensive missiles expended here (SM-3/6, THAAD, Patriot). Green is what they had before, orange is what they expended in a bit more than a month, and red is what if they did that again. I assume these are undercounts, but they're still down for the count. Even with resupply (which we'll discuss), the Empire cannot go another round without going into the red, meaning negative missiles, which is not a thing. They would need to resurrect 500 Patriots from Hades to go another round with the IRGC. I repeat what won't repeat, if the Whites were to go another round at the same intensity, they would run out of defensive missiles completely. Not just for the region. For the Empire entirely.

I'm leaving out here is the fighting after April because A) there hasn't been as much and B) the White military has retreated. Describing the comparitive lack of offensive (Tomahawk) fire, Marc Cancian of the CSIS Offense and Insecurity Department, wryly said, "the Navy has been outside of the Gulf and shot geometry hasn't always worked out for them." 'Geometry' is a funny way of describing a retreat. 'Yeah, I didn't punch the guy back because, uh.... geometry." What's really happened is that the Empire lost all of its Gulf bases and is doing donuts around the Indian Ocean, reduced to petty piracy.

The Gulf debasification means that the Empire simply doesn't that much to defend. Just a few loose satraps, flapping in the wind, begging for scraps on the dustbin of history. Even if the Empire had enough interceptor (defense) missiles, where would it put them? Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE? It's like the joke about the guy feeding stray cats to coyotes. At some point, it's like you're just feeding Patriots to the Persians. This is the missile gulf that's yawning so much it's almost boring. I'm not even discussing 'Israel' here, which lost on October 7th and is – besides the genocide they're still prosecuting – increasingly irrelevant. Iran is in Iran and moving them out would require leverage (re: Archimedes) which has all be blown to smithereens. As a former CENTCOM Commander said to his Jewish masters (JINSA, literally) years ago, "It is the simple tyranny of geography." Geometry, geography, reality really oppresses these people. That's how logistics wins in the end.

America is like a drunk that's been thrown out of the bar saying 'one more drink.. HIC.' Yes, there are still drinks in the bar, but you're not getting them.

I cite imperial reports because, as Scarface said, 'they always tell the truth, even when they lie.' The CSIS goes onto lie about replenishment rates, like Scarface saying, "OK, I'm reloaded," while doing enough coke to build Machu Pichu. Scarface did reload, but he was dead about a minute later. That's the truth behind the lie about replenishment rates. They can reload maybe once more but then it's face down in the Strait.

The CSIS talks about producing 2,000 Patriots per year, but that's the coke talking. They delivered just 172 this year (2026). If you believe that the US is going to replenish these munitions at any rate, I've got a bridge in Baltimore to sell you.

The Francis Scott Key Bridge just concrete and steel and they still can't do it. They haven't even started the main rebuild, they won't even hire the main contractor (after the last was fired) until 2027. They're just having meetings about meetings and paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for PowerPoint presentations. I don't think the Francis Scott Key Bridge will ever be rebuilt, it'll just be there in the water like a monument to hubris. Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner mockingly about runaway slaves that were fighting American hypocrisy, and this is a fitting monument to him. As his lyrics went (he's talking about the Colonial Marines, a British regiment of former slaves),

And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
That the havoc of war and the battle’s confusion,
A home and a country, shall leave us no more?
Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps’ pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave,
From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave,
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave,
O’er the land of the free, and the home of the brave.

Where's your banner and namesake now? In a watery grave. If the United States can't rebuild an ordinary bridge near its capital, what hope is there of rebuilding its empire on the other side of the world? None at all. But there's still a lot of money still in stitching invisible clothes for the invisible empire, even after its nakedness has been called. You heard it here first, the empire has no clothes and the thread is made in China lol.

As another example, the arms dealer General Dynamics got a half billion contract to build basic artillery shells and delivered nothing but the Turkish ice cream meme. You know, where the guy twirls the ice cream around in front of you and gives you nothing? They literally imported untested Turkish machines that seemed to just halt and catch fire. And now General Dynamics has been awarded even more billions to do more of the same (nothing). It's the grift that keeps on giving.

Missile interceptors are much more complicated than either bridges or shells, and we're expected to believe they can 10X production by casting financial spells? No way in hell. Plus, each missile requires pounds of magic rocks from China that have been embargoed by both China and US government. They're literally between a rock and a hard place. Even if they did the hard work, they lack the rocks. The whole missile defense rebuild is a non-starter, like the Baltimore bridge rebuild, and like their attempt to build basic artillery shells. It doesn't matter how many contracts they award if they can't get the raw materials. This stuff is never getting rebuilt. Some arms dealers are just going to remodel their bunkers and that's it.

The Logic Of Logistics

All the shields are down and the missile defense took the shortest. They cannot last another round with a superior power like Iran or Russia, never mind a superpower like China. This is not to say the Empire couldn't fight, but they would take losses, and they're fundamentally cowards.

The entire American World War III strategy has been the same as their World War III strategy, staying far away from it and profiteering. To that end, they built up (at least) three strategic reserves – oil, ships, and missile defenses – which were supposed to insulate them from the consequences of their own actions. But those reserves are all running out, and with them, their time as head of the White Empire.

They are losing, first, the empire they pretended they weren't and all the benefits that came with it. All that exorbitant privilege. There are other reserves in place – like bonds, like currency, like media, like straight-up lying – but that was all based on really having energy, really having trade, and really having missiles. And now they really don't, and reality would like a word. Not tomorrow, sure, but historically speaking, yesterday already.
