I point you to a map that shows the United States of America 10,000 km away from Iran. Most empires have been limited by 'can I walk there?' but White Empire has overcome this with naval power, air power, and the power of Satan. But that power is (historically speaking) waning. A brief anomaly returning to normalcy after a few centuries, just a bit longer than the Roman Empire took falling. Now Yemen has shown that you can defeat a navy without a navy and Iran has shown that you can defeat an air force without much of an air force. So the map slowly returns to normal, with White Empire and its Jewish ghetto soon gone from the region.

Recent History

There have been empires, historically, but the White Empire was different in that it wasn't land-based. The Europeans short-circuited the usual land problem via sea, and the Americans supplemented this with air power, which made them even more greedy. They could rain death from above and steal a land's resources without even being on it. What sorcery.

It took about 500 years, but the natives have finally done it. There are rebellions all across Asia, and they're winning. These are not anti-colonial wars, which have been won, but anti-imperial wars, to put them on the run. Yemen has defeated the US Navy in the Red Sea. Iran has destroyed US air supremacy and taken the main source of energy. All the wealth that accrued to the corrupt will accrue to the clean. Meanwhile, Russia has defanged NATO conventionally and China is in another league entirely. It's not that these countries could invade the other side of the world. It's that the very idea of invading the other side of the world is becoming stupid, as it should be. It's a few centuries late and a carrying climate short, but nature is healing.

If we map it, again, you can see the two arms of White Empire stretching over the Atlantic and Pacific oceans to draw resources and labor in. This was the point of colonialism, reaching the 50% of population that lives within the Valeriepieris circle. That's why they kept discovering 'Indians' everywhere and never corrected themselves.

This natural center of gravity around the biggest continent, with Europe and the Americas at the periphery, was only wrenched westwards (west of what? nevermind) by force. By naval and then air force. To answer my own question, west really means west of Jerusalem, the dative and locative center of Western Civilization (a good idea if they could get around to it). Al-Quds is the locus around which those broke-asses ruled the world. But the world turns on its Axis (of Resistance).

If we look at the arms of White Empire now, they are broken. Black X's mark the spots where their reach has exceeded their grasp – Vietnam, North Korea, Ukraine, Iran – and where they have been beaten back. It's becoming obvious now, but the die was cast long ago. Historically speaking, the Empire fell in the 1970s.

The 1970s was when the USA defaulted on gold, when the Middle East took control of its oil, and when communists kicked them out of Asia. These are still the battles they're fighting, but from a worse and worse position. Iran and Yemen have now replicated the Suez Crisis by cutting the main trade route off at two junctions instead of just one. China can do nothing and win, America cannot attack them without attacking their own supply lines. The White Empire almost conquered the world, but like most conquerors couldn't complete Asia, and now they're losing it all. The US can make a lot of sound and raise an epic fury about it, but this signifies nothing.

In Deep Ship

So now the US President is hiding in a dinner cart and golfing behind barbed wire and missile defenses. US troops are trying to jump off aircraft carriers. Historically speaking, this is the end, which can take years, decades, or even centuries after it's become obvious. Like the Roman Empire, it wasn't exactly clear to the Romans when it ended, they just noticed that bridges and roads stopped being maintained. Americans are, in American fashion, speed-running the process. I point you to a bridge in Baltimore, near their capital, knocked down and never coming up. The mandate of Satan is withdrawn.

The brief short circuit that directed most of the world's resources to Europe and its colonies has been grounded. The idea that France, or Britain, or America should control another side of the globe has run its historical course, and they will be historically cursed. This short circuit happened because water is a great conductor of energy and the world really is one ocean. The flat-earthers are, in their own way, not wrong. You can see it in the Spilhaus projection.

Wind and then fossil-fuel power created an unusual state where the whole world could be ruled like the Mediterranean. It took a long time for the natives to adapt defenses against 'the people from the sea', as Chris Nolan puts it in The Odyssey, but the adaptation has happened and things are returning to the mean.

Land has its own gravity, especially when you're under it, and the ability of Muslims to simply dig in has given them permanent custody. Palestine was able to not lose in Gaza (a victory for a guerrilla army), and Yemen and Iran were able to defeat the White Empire entirely. The combination of tunnels and drones/missiles has changed the paradigm of warfare entirely. The White Empire has lost both the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf and there's not much they can do except loiter around the Indian Ocean, indulging in petty piracy.

Sea power is, quite literally, fleeting. You can have a great fleet, but at some point it has to land to get something to eat. US troops aboard the USS Lincoln have, for example, spent 250 consecutive days at sea, with only two stops (Guam and Oman) where they couldn't get off to stretch their feet. As Press TV reports "Democratic Congressman Mike Levin of California described conditions aboard the carrier as “moldy showers, broken toilets, laundry down for weeks, long stretches with no hot water, a meal that came down to half a cup of rice and two tortillas. No soap, deodorant, or toothpaste.”"

Crew members have been trying to throw themselves overboard, where they, honestly, deserve to go. They're a bunch of child killers working for pedophiles and morale is, understandably, low. An army marches on its stomach and a navy sails on chow.

These goons are now exceeding the length of colonial voyages just to (not) keep places colonized. The Mayflower journey was 66 days, somewhat typical for a transatlantic crossing. The 'perfect age of sail ship', a British 74-gunner, carried five months (150 days) of provisions. Humans need fresh food more frequently than that. Though modern refrigeration and energy have negated the hard physiological limits of scurvy, they can't negate the psychological limits of such lengths at sea. And these are much softer sailors, with no victory or conquest in front of them. Only humiliation and disgust.

Air power is also airy-fairy. Yes, the White Empire can rain death from above, but they have to come back to earth eventually. In fact, frequently. As one former CENTCOM Colonizer said, “the thousands of short-range missiles that Iran possesses are a factor here. There is no strategic depth. An F-35 is very hard to hit in the air. On the ground it is nothing more than a very expensive and vulnerable chunk of metal sitting in the sun.” 

America's bases near the Persian Gulf are all indefensible and they've had to retreat to Jordan, Saudi, and 'Israel', but even those are still in range. They can extend their range with refueling tankers, but only as far as Cyprus/Romania (which Iran could still hit) and your refuelers still need to park somewhere. And Iran has methodically attrited these refuelers. You can fly B-2s, but you'll eventually lose some. This is like hitting mailboxes with a '65 Mustang. They don't make them anymore and the enemy is putting concrete in the mailboxes.

You can fight like this, but you will lose planes, and the Empire has been losing planes, and they can't build these planes anymore, they're effectively from a lost civilization. These are permanent losses. These bases are permanently unusable which means the whole naval and air basis of their Empire is useless. The range of American fighter planes is the range of Iran's missiles. Iran has thought this through while America has blundered in without thinking.

Iran can just sit there, on their land, using missiles which it can build faster than it expends them. They are now permanent bosses of the strait, which is logical because they're native to it. This basic logic has been suppressed for centuries, but now – thanks to Iranian innovation and sacrifice – the land is reasserting itself. The very definition of air power has changed, giving defenders a natural advantage again, and the Empire is on the wrong side of the equation.

Iranian Innovation

The White Empire was a naval empire that ruled for nearly 500 years with air power that made them fearless. They could rain death from above and besiege you endlessly with sanctions. This was the status quo that even Iran acknowledged, until the Empire itself broke it. Why? Why not? Until then, they always got away with it.

For centuries the natives didn't have navies or air forces and when Trump crows about destroying Iran's navy and air force, he probably means it. What he can't understand is that military technology has evolved beyond this. It's like crowing about having the most horses in an age of mechanization. You'll just eat it.

Iran was decades behind having a conventional navy or air force so they evolved a relatively unconventional naval system of fastboats, unmanned subs, and mines; and a really unconventional aerospace force of missiles and drones that could put a dot on a dime. This was all hidden deep underground, where the Empire couldn't find them. Iran can't attack America with any of this, but they can defend Iran, which is precisely the battle that America walked into. And now, as Nasrallah said, they enter vertically and leave horizontal.

This is what should have happened to the colonizers when they first came, but it took centuries for the gravity of land to reassert itself. The idea that defenders have an advantage and that it's hard to attack places far away. Horses once negated this, as horsepower did since, but regression to the mean is a thing, nature is healing, and the natives are restless.
