How Does America Fall?

The Strait of Hormuz rn

How does America fall? Wrong question. America is an empire. So how does American Empire fall? Still wrong. The empire is older than America, let's call it White Empire for short. OK, OMG, so how does White Empire fall? Well, how does a cookie crumble? From the outside first. White Empire is an M&M cookie, being vigorously dunked in the ocean.

The M&M Model

What defines an empire in the first place? I use the M&M model. Does it have Military & Monetary control over something large? Everything else is dispensible, including calling itself an empire at all. By this definition, White Empire is obviously an empire. Their military has nearly a thousand military bases, they're always at war, their currency is the monetary basis of most trade, and they collect US Treasuries as tribute. What else do you call this but empire most foul?

The American military spread across the world in World War II and they never went home. They took over British and European bases and occupied those countries too. Japan and South Korea were brutalized and conquered and they almost got Vietnam. Today, every country on earth is either garrisoned or surrounded by White troops. If you're not fighting the empire, you're in it, and if you're not sanctioned by them, you sanction their existence.

We discuss these countries independently (UK said this, Australia thinks that) but it isn't true. They're only independent as long as they do exactly what they're supposed to, if not they get corrupted, couped, or overthrown. And independence is an illusion when you're physically occupied by foreign troops. In historical terms this arrangement isn't even unusual, from the British Empire to the Roman Empire, they ruled through local princes and satraps that had a lot of decision-making power. But real power was, and is, behind the throne.

The other M is monetary control. That is the point of the military control, to take resources and extract tribute. White Empire follows the same historical system, hidden in the distracting details of the news. The American monetary system spread across the world too, continuing even after they defaulted on gold. People continued to use dollars to trade because they militarily controlled the trade routes. They (even 'enemies' like China) continued to pay tribute by buying US Treasury bonds. What are they bonded to? It's ye olde empire in modern terms.

People point to false flags like the UAE or Japan or even the UK or Germany and say, 'those are independent countries' but are they, really? It's like pointing to Wales at the Olympics. Like, yes, they have their own team on TV, but it's just a sporting fiction. If you follow the M&M model, does the UAE have military control, or are they used as a military base by America to attack their neighbors? Does Japan have monetary control, or were they gelded in the Plaza Accords? Does the UK have military control when it's still a base for foreign soldiers, long after World War II? And does Germany have monetary control, when America blows up its gas pipelines and economy too? No, no, no, and no.

Just follow the trail of M&Ms. If a country doesn't have military and monetary control, it's not a real country at all.

Using this M&M model, then, how does the cookie crumble? How does the White Empire fall? Well, how do cookies crumble? From the outside in. Looking for American collapse in America is the wrong place to look. By most measures America already has collapsed, its people live like shit, its bridges fall and don't get rebuilt, and its rulers are obvious degenerates. But the center can survive vigorous dunking, for a while, because it's protected by an outer cookie, in this case the new colonies and occupied territories.

M

Iran, today, is vigorously dunking the White Empire in the ocean and entire chunks are falling off. Military bases, radars, missile defenses, troops, vassals. Once we abandon the fiction that places like Bahrain, UAE, and Qatar are real countries, we can see them for what they are. Crumbs. Iran is dunking these 'countries', dissolving their bases, and destroying the basis of White hegemony over the region. Yemen is also dunking the Saudis in the Red Sea for good measure. As Nasrallah said, they may not even have to fight 'Israel', these apostates were the Greater Israel all along. Missiles, missile defenses, and entire military bases are melting away, like M&Ms in the sun. These were just the edges of a colonial cookie, now crumbling in the ocean.

Matérielly, aussi, you can voir that their pouvoir is done. Former Ukrainian commander Valerhii Zaluzhnyi listed everything the White Empire didn't try against Russia, which ended up being what they did try against Iran and they (quite publicly) failed all around. Zaluzhnyi said,

By the time we had reached 2026, Ukraine had already deployed every single type of weaponry, well, except perhaps for Tomahawk missiles, except perhaps for nuclear armaments, except perhaps for massive aircraft carriers, or except perhaps for the F-35 fighter jets that NATO current possesses – and it had applied all of their highly complex operational doctrines. Look, the available resources have been completely exhausted. Russia has managed to find a specific countermeasure for every one of them.

The Empire demonstrated the uselessness of its highest tech against Russia and then blunted the rest of their weapons against Iran. Now the Tomahawks have run low, the aircraft carriers have run away, the F-35s have been downed, and even nuclear weapons have been neutralized. Iran can threaten mutually assured economic destruction, which (inshallah) works good enough. So what do you say about an Empire whose military power is so visibly crumbling in front of us? The proof is in the pudding, or the eating thereof. Massive rebellions across Asia are tearing the White Empire apart.

&M

For a long time, America seemed to have the cheat code on empire. How can an empire fall if it isn't there at all? And they seemed to have the cheat code on warfare. Is it really a loss if you really don't care at all? But every bull has its bear, and every dog has its day. And we're nearing the point, when the yen can't carry trade, and we're well past the point, of them losing the strait. And the spoils of World War II can't avert their ruin in World War III.

The monetary fallout of these military losses is already crumbling the edges of the dollar regime. Remember that it's all one White Empire and the Japanese yen is just the cutting edge of the dollar. Japanese savings are what let Americans spend like drunken sailors. This is called the yen-carry trade, zero-cost loans in Japan becoming the engine of global liquidity. However, when American sailors cannot secure trade routes, does this trade still carry water? That's the trillion-dollar question America does not want anyone asking. But it's happening.

Due to multiple pressures, including importing much of their energy through a strait the drunken sailors just lost, Japan's currency has been weakening. To keep their own economy from imploding they have to shore it up, which they can easily do because they hold US Treasuries. But no, that gives the came away and brings the consequences home to their American masters. So to keep Japan from dumping US Treasuries, the US Treasury has dumped euros to prop up the yen.

This is robbing Peter to pay Paul, playing one conquered territory off another to keep up the illusion that there is no Empire and that it's not bleeding in this war. However, as we've discussed, it's one system and the collapse is closing in from the edges first. The US doesn't have that much forex in these fake currencies and will have to start spending dollars (once it runs out of swaps), raising their own inflation at home, making their bond rates go up, and giving the whole game up. The US can and will never repay its debts, and the growth to keep defraying them is gone. There's a fire in the engine room of global capitalism, Japan is not some isolated problem.

Where was this yen being carried to anyways? In lieu of a functioning economy, the late-stage Empire built a financialized one, culminating in a completely artificial one. The imperial economy is now a giant AI bubble, resisting all Chinese attempts to gently deflate it with more energy-efficient models. No, the waste is the point. Their Platonic ideal of an economy is one that just burns energy and money without doing anything useful at all. They tried to find this with cryptocurrency and then virtual reality before finally finding a con that worked with AI.

The Empire keeps producing more and more energy-hungry AI which is a feature, not a bug. There are little to no productivity gains from their AI, but who cares, like doing cocaine off a toilet bowl, it makes line go up, which is all they care about. Making money today. This bubble, however, depends on cheap energy, which is a problem when you've lost control of the energy trade. America seems somehow insulated from this bubble popping, but they're not. As Ryan Perkin said in March 2026,

The first markets to feel this pain are not necessarily the most indebted, but the most liquid and the most foreign-owned. Investors need to exit positions quickly, and they do so where they can sell large volumes without collapsing the market entirely. South Korea’s KOSPI, with 30-40% of its free float held by foreigners and dominated by the most liquid semiconductor equities in the world, is the perfect shock absorber. Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix are not just Korean companies; they are global risk assets. When the margin call comes, they are among the first to be sold.

This is precisely what happened in August. KOSPI dropped 40%, 'recovering' to 30% down. This happened when Broadcom reported slightly less growth than expected, triggering people to dump the whole sector (including Samsung and SK Hynix). That's because the whole imperial economy is a Ponzi and there must be more new suckers to pay out the old ones. As such it's very sensitive to growth merely slowing down. The AI bubble has already popped in occupied Korea which means it's already happened in the occupying White Empire. When the signal reaches their distant brain is just a timing difference. South Korea's market is just another M&M in the same crumbling cookie.

This is how the cookie crumbles. Military losses at the edges of White Empire trigger financial losses at the edges of their monetary empire. The center seems like it's fine for a moment, but the center depends on the periphery and also crumbles inexorably. Thus imperial collapse coming home is just a matter of time, like a cookie crumbling from the edges. The whole cookie is being vigorously dunked in the ocean, with entire bases falling off, while invisible hands are trying to pull their pieces out, making it crumble even faster. This is the M&M cookie of White Empire, baked in Middle Eastern oil, bought with Japanese spoils, now crumbling in a disorderly pile. So how does America fall? How does a cookie crumble? From the outside in.
