Forget the orange dude and look at the black crude,
He can cross red lines, but he can't reach the deep blue,
He can pump-and-dump stocks, but the oil stock doesn't move.
Between Iraq and a hard place, lies Hormuz.

So don't mind the statements. Look at the shipments.
Trump can move markets but he can't move much else.
Oil, helium, lubricants; fertilizer, aluminum, chemicals.
All of that is stuck there, and you can't just yell them into existence.

So don't mind the fake men, doing Lines in the desert on vacation,
“Among the believers there are men,” the Quran said, and it ain't them.
It's not the Saudis or Emiratis or all the other rich men,
Trying to ride camels through the eye of a needle in Qeshm.

No, it's the poor but rich in faith, from Palestine to Lebanon to Yemen,
to Iran, the heart of the Islamic Revolution,
They now Guard the Corpse of a region (and religion) left for dead, but it is risen.
And they, as they ask God, in Their wisdom,

“Guide us to the straight path:
the path of those You have blessed;
not of those who have incurred Your wrath,
nor of those who have gone astray.”

So now the people who walked the straight path for generations,
When it got them nothing but sanctioned, beaten, and called terrorists,
Have banned the Strait to those who thought they got away with it.
And now there's no more strait for the crooked.

Now the straight path goes through Iran and Oman,
The last of the decent countries in the region,
And everybody that doesn't like it,
Can just make the UAE Oman again.

So it is as it was written,
Not in stock tickers but in received wisdom,
Long ago, as Allah revealed to the Prophet,
What is invisible to those that worship profit,
That

Those who turn others away from the path of God
and seek to make it appear crooked:
these are the ones who deny the Hereafter.
They can never frustrate God on earth,
nor have they any protectors besides God.
They will be subjected to double punishment,
for they could neither hear nor see. (11:19)

Now can you not see, as it's happening,
Double trouble, for those that doubled-down, on White devilry.
Those who took protection in White hegemony,
Now find the protection racket crashing around them deafening,
And all their riches, stuck in the ground or on the water,
Neither exiting nor entering.

If you won't believe in signs, then believe in science,
And if you won't answer to reason, then answer to violence.
Know that those that are loud now, will soon be silenced.
As the suddenly level seas rise to meet high finance.

Con men can move markets but they can't move mountains.
And Iran is still right there, right where you found them.
In a continent the White man just don't belong in,
And in a war they look outmissiled and plane wrong in.

Remember that time is a flat circle, running us over and over again,
The Crusaders came once before, like the Carbon Crusaders after them.
They come, they take, they whore; but eventually get beaten and bored.
And painfully shown the door. It’s just the same, just more.

Then remember, furthermore, that this land flooded once before,
You might have heard about it, in books and tales of yore,
Or you can read it on the rocks on the shore,
Of the land that was the Gulf before,
the last Ice Age ended 10,000 years ago.

Then the waters flooded through Hormuz,
To end whatever there was,
Just as the Al-Aqsa Flood moves, inexorably, toward Al-Quds,
To wash out the colonizers, and crush their final horcrux.

So all these fires and ceasefires are but the waves and troughs,
On the face of a great flood over a land that's had more than enough.
And if you don't like it, tough. Cause reality comes for all of us.
And ain't nothing moving through the strait today, but the righteous.

More than 10,000 years ago, before the (slow) flood happened
