Empire Or Bust: The Ceasefire Becomes Deceased Fire
tl;dr from Explosive Media
The word ceasefire is deceased by the ease with which these liars immediately release fire on innocents beneath. It doesn't matter what's on the menu, on what anyone agreed. Moloch eats babies, and Moloch's got to eat. The word ceasefire has become cursed, to say the least.
To White Empire ('Israel', 'America', same thing) cease fire means ‘you cease, we fire.’ Just ask Native Americans what treaties from Invasive 'Americans' mean. They're really the promise of some further atrocity. In this case, bombing homes, schools, and funerals in Lebanon. You know, the usual obscene. But the scene has shifted, and now the Islamic Revolution is able to counter the revolting Satanists. As Ebrahim Azizi of Iran's National Security Council said,
“Once again you have shown that you do not understand the concept of a ceasefire, and only fire will bring you to your senses. So you must wait for it.”

Theoretical Background
People (I am people) want resolution immediately. But first, before we even get to that, some theory. Perhaps it's dreary, if you're weary skip ahead, but if you read theory eagerly, I edited a whole book as background (Reading Resistance).

In 2025, the martyr Khamenei said “One must not negotiate with a government like the US government.” Iran, however, is a vibrant democracy and the elected government does its own thing. They seem to listen to the Supreme Leader as much as my children listen to me (to everyone's detriment, might I add).
After the betrayal of the Obama-regime's nuclear deal and getting multiple rounds of negotiators assassinated, suffice it to say the reformists have been reformed, everybody knows the enemy. Before and throughout the Ramadan War, Iran has not negotiated directly with the United States. Before it they negotiated indirectly through Oman, and now indirectly through Pakistan. This is a bit of a pretense, literally shuffling messages between rooms, but it sends a message. Iran is willing to negotiate, but they are not fools.
Iran seems to really care about something entirely foreign to Western politics. Public opinion. They do not attack until attacked (a Quranic injunction) and try to desist if they desist (also Quranic). This translates outside the Muslim World as almost absurd (why would you not do your worst?) but it is actually moral and has two effects.
The first is that it consolidates support for Iran inside Iran, and the second is that it rallies support from the world. Everyone inside can see that their government tried to avoid the war that they, with their lives, will pay for. And everyone outside can see that Iran tried to avoid the war that they, with their treasure, will also pay for. In business this is called stakeholder management, which the vampires in the West avoid like stakes to the heart. In this way, negotiating with obvious terrorists makes the Resistance a solid structure within and fractures the Empire without. This comes, alas, at great cost in innocent life because they really are terrorists, but as Basil Al-Araj said in his points 6 and 7,
6. Our direct human and material losses will be much greater than the enemy's, which is natural in guerrilla wars that rely on willpower, the human element, and the extent of patience and endurance. We are far more capable of bearing the costs, so there is no need to compare or be alarmed by the magnitude of the numbers.
7. Today's wars are no longer just wars and clashes between armies but rather are struggles between societies. Let us be like a solid structure and play a game of biting fingers with the enemy, our society against their society.
Hence we end up in the nail-biting situation we're in now—will they nuke, won't they? will Iran respond, won't they? This becomes less inscrutable for the cuticles if you understand it as a moral situation, on a longer arc than the news cycle. And as Khamenei the Elder said (before the Islamic Revolution, in 1974, mind you),
Moral duties are not just for religious seasons. They are not for sometimes. They do not apply one day but not another. They do not apply to one person but not another. Duties are perpetual, universal and eternal. The Qur'an rebukes the Israelites for saying on one occasion ‘our brethren must be protected' but on another, when it suited their personal interests, making war on these same brothers, killing them, taking them prisoner, enslaving them, selling them and looting their property, The Qur'an says: 'What! Do you believe in part of the Book and defy another part?' Do you believe in part of the religion? Are you faithful and moral when it is easy and convenient, and then at other times you are faithless? Is this even possible? Can you really separate one command from another and one duty from another, even when these are both from the same source and the same Lord? (Islamic Beliefs: Reclaiming The Narrative, via Reading Resistance)
One Quranic injunction on war Iran seems to be following here is,
Slay them wherever you find them [those who fight against you]; drive them out of the places from which they drove you, for [religious] persecution is worse than killing. Do not fight them at the Sacred Mosque unless they fight you there. If they do fight you, slay them—such is the reward for those who deny the truth—but if they desist, then surely God is most forgiving and merciful.
Fight them until there is no more fitna [religious persecution] and religion belongs to God alone. If they desist, then let there be no hostility, except towards aggressors. A sacred month for a sacred month: violation of sanctity calls for fair retribution. Thus you may exact retribution from whoever transgresses against you, in proportion to his transgression. Fear God and know that God is with those who are mindful of Him. (2:190)
As you can see, violence in the Quran is strictly defensive (to the point that you can get hit with obvious attacks), restrictively proportional (to the point that it ties your hands), and constrictively negotiable (to the point that you have to hold back). You have to negotiate even with Satan not cause you trust Satan, but because you trush God. As Khamenei the Elder also said (2014), “We had announced previously that on certain issues, if we deem it proper we would negotiate with this #Satan to deter its evil.”
None of this makes any sense within capitalist self-interest theory or game theory, but the Islamic Revolution ain't playing and they aren't craven capitalists. You have to understand Islamic 'theory' if you want to understand the Islamic Resistance and you have to respect it once you learn anything about it. This is what doing the right thing looks like. There are no shortcuts.
To me, moral behavior is in your self-interest in the long run, especially if you believe in a hereafter, or at least a reputation. I could go to a restaurant right now and leave without paying, this is actually easier, but I live in a community and in continuity and so I don't. Moral behavior is social behavior, but capitalism has elevated sociopathy to its central value. Greed is good, and the goods this deal with the devil produces have been used to make a buffet of the world for centuries now. It has taken centuries for civilisations states like Iran or China to strike back at cannibalization states like 'America' but the long-run, mashallah, is finally upon us. This ceasefire debate like the last ceasefire debate is just one more step in a long run.
In the short-run, of course, we're all dead, which is where faith comes in. Whenever I lose faith I read Khamenei or Nasrallah, who were talking about this for decades, from much weaker positions, or the Quran from centuries ago, which still offers courage to the present. In our short human lives doing the right thing often gets us killed and almost always leaves us poorer. This is why all religions have some concept of an afterlife, to make the moral math work.
Just as you need weird numbers like pi or i to do any serious math, you need some weird beliefs to be a serious person. The point is not whether you can compute pi down to the last digit or, alternately, if you can count the angels on the head of pin, but what type of result you get. In religious terms, that means what type of person a faith produces within. And what sort of behavior that induces without, even in the face of seemingly impossible opposition. Even in the face of death, and even in the face of obviously wicked people getting away with it, there has to be faith in the right thing that goes beyond one's current skin. And the Islamic Resistance is, I think, living proof of this.
Genocidal states like those of the White Empire cannot understand this—their founding ethos is cheat to win—but civilizational states know this instinctively. The root of civilization is cooperation whereas the root of capitalism is competition. Thus what the martyr Ali Khamenei said in October 2024, after the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is still true. Iran will not abandon Lebanon now as it did not abandon them then, nor for the decades before. As Khamenei the Elder said, in an analysis that is still relevant because it has a deep moral foundation,
It is our duty and the responsibility of all Muslims to repay our debt to the wounded, bloodied Lebanon. Hezbollah and the martyred Sayyid have taken steps in defense of Gaza and jihad for Al-Aqsa Mosque, delivering a blow to the usurping, cruel regime. They have provided a vital service to the entire region and the entire Muslim world. The insistence of the US and its allies on ensuring the safety of the usurping regime serves as a cover for their lethal policy of changing the [Zionist] regime into a tool for seizing all the resources of this region and using it [that regime] in major global conflicts.
Their policy is to turn the [Zionist] regime into a gateway for exporting energy from the region to the Western world while facilitating the import of goods and technology from the West to the region. This [approach] ensures the survival of the usurping regime and increases the entire region's dependency on it. The [Zionist] regime's brutal, reckless behavior toward the [Resistance] fighters stems from its self-serving desire for such a situation.”
This reality helps us to realize that every blow to the Zionist regime by any individual or group is not only a service to the entire region but to all of humanity. Surely, this Zionist and American dream is a vain, unattainable delusion. The [Zionist] regime is like "an evil tree, uprooted from the ground," which according to God's true words, "lacks any stability" (Quran 14:26).
This malicious regime is rootless, fallacious, and unstable, and it has only managed to stand on its feet with difficulty with US support. And God willing, this too will not last for long.
Can you not see what's happening, or do I need to spell it out? I'll spell it out. The lede of that speech was when the Leader said
Al-Aqsa Flood and the year-long Resistance of Gaza and Lebanon have brought the usurping regime to a point where its main concern is to protect its existence, which is the same concern that the Zionist regime had in the early years of its cursed creation. This means that the struggles of the fighters of Palestine and Lebanon have been able to push back the Zionist regime to the position it was in 70 years ago.
Now, after his martyrdom, in many ways with his martyrdom, the American regime has been pushed back 70 years, out of its Soviet-era basing structure. In this way, this ceasefire or that ceasefire are but the waves atop a massive flood. The Al-Aqsa Flood.
The Modern Foreground
Now let's discuss the deceasedfire with White Empire, in context, if you're still around. Through Pakistan—which 'America' has sock-puppeted since jailing Imran Khan—'America' tried to negotiate a two-week ceasefire with Iran. Iran negotiated with them bazaar style, they had offered 10-points earlier and just walked away. 'America' took those 10-points and ran with them but now, just a day later, has put them in the trash can. My words, not theirs.
America's Response
As Barbarian Barbie said, “The Iranians originally put forward a 10-point plan that was fundamentally unserious, unacceptable and completely discarded. It was literally thrown in the garbage by President Trump.”
Why is Barbarian Barbie on my website, for your reference
This is, of course, not what was ventriloquized through Pakistan. The Pakistani whatever, they're all illegitimate, first tweeted *Draft- Pakistan's PM Message on X* because he was just given this to say by 'America'.

Trump himself retruthed the official statement of Iran specifically mentioning the 10-point proposal as the basis for negotiations. Did he read this? Anybody's guess, but you can read it for yourself.

Trumps retruths are just untruths, that's how serious 'American' diplomacy is now. It's delivered via short message with an even shorter shelf-life. These are, as Logan Roy said, not serious people. 'America' is now saying Lebanon was not included in their just-stop-doing-war-crimes-for-two-weeks deal, but that wheeler-dealer Sharif said they had “agreed to an immediate ceasefire everywhere including Lebanon and elsewhere, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY,” and cc'd everybody.

'Israel', however, has been left out of this deal entirely, prompting opposition genocider Yair Lapid to say, “There has never been such a political disaster in all of our history. Israel wasn't even at the table when decisions were made concerning the core of our national security.” 'Israel', by imperial design, only knows one way out of political disasters, actual disasters. Every Netanyahu trial date is punctuated by massacres, at which point they get delayed. So 'Israel' bombed Lebanon 100 times, almost immediately. Massacres, from the demonic masters.
This violated the terms of the ceasefire immediately, but with plausible deniability. 'Israel' isn't 'America' is it? The White Empire that hides behinds many false flags for precisely this reason, so it can pretend to negotiate through Pakistan and then break the agreement through 'Israel' and put its hands up like it's innocent. The 'Americans' are, as the Russians say, agreement-incapable.
Iranian Actions
As Khamenei the Elder said, “They demand the other side to give them immediate benefits and if the other party refrains from giving in, the U.S. officials will create an uproar so that their partner would give up.” This is what the White Empire is doing through its proxies. The lying comes through Pakistan and the dying through 'Israel'. They are trying to create an uproar but this comes with one problem. They cannot uproot Iran. Iran still controls the Strait of Hormuz and has fire control over the whole region, whether 'America' agrees to it or not.
Iran's 10-points are not hollow points on a piece of paper but hollow points in a loaded gun, half of them already embedded in Empire's thick skull, though the signal has yet to reach their feeble brain. Iran was not negotiating for control of Hormuz, they already have it. So guess how many ships got through during this bullshit ceasefire? Two, carrying not fuel but cargo (AFAIK). And now it's closed (to White Empire) again.
According to #MarineTraffic data, hundreds of vessels remain in the region, including 426 tankers, 34 LPG carriers, and 19 LNG vessels, many of which had been effectively stranded during the disruption. Initial movements are now being recorded. The Greek-owned bulk carrier NJ Earth crossed the Strait at 08:44 UTC, while the Liberia-flagged Daytona Beach transited earlier at 06:59 UTC, shortly after departing Bandar Abbas at 05:28 UTC.

Iran is not just sitting there, waiting for Empire to keep their word. No, the tankers Empire depends on to keep 'The Economy' from tanking are still stuck there. And the chain reaction from the biggest supply shock ever is still whipping around the globe, really hitting 'America' in about a week's time. As analyst Rory Johnston says, “Flow through the Strait of Hormuz doesn't need to re-reach pre-war levels to normalize global balances thanks to rerouting (and constant Iran flow) But we still have ~13 MMbpd of production shut-in That's how much more we'll need to push through Hormuz before this is done.”

Trump might be able to move markets with a fake ceasefire, but he has moved zero actual product, and the supply shock is still winding its way around the globe to the average 'American' idiots pocketbook, the closest thing they have to a heart. This is the control Iran has whether they're firing or not. As I've said this hollow point is already embedded in the heart of White Empire, and its inexorably expanding as we talk.
So, tactically, understand any 'negotiations' in this sense. Time is on Iran's side. Trump cannot pump and dump his way out of the Al-Aqsa Flood.
Iranian Statements
Thus Iran's Embassy in Bulgaria has said, (as part of decentralized meme defense), “We know breaking your word is in your nature, but we also know how to make you stick to your commitments.” Or as their Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf said, in a longer statement, “The deep historical distrust we hold toward the United States stems from its repeated violations of all forms of commitments — a pattern that has regrettably been repeated once again... Now, the very "workable basis on which to negotiate" has been openly and clearly violated, even before the negotiations began. In such situation, a bilateral ceasefire or negotiations is unreasonable.”

Or, as their National Security Council said in an even longer statement on April 8th,
Now, the honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan has informed Iran that despite all apparent threats, the American side has accepted these principles as the basis for negotiations and has submitted to the will of the Iranian nation.
Accordingly, it was decided at the highest level that Iran will conduct negotiations with the American side in Islamabad for two weeks solely based on these principles. It is emphasized that this does not mean the end of the war, and Iran will only accept the end of the war when, considering the acceptance of the principles in Iran's 10-article plan, its details are also finalized in the negotiations.
These negotiations will begin with complete distrust of the American side on Friday, April 10, in Islamabad, and Iran will allocate two weeks for these negotiations. This period can be extended by mutual agreement. It is necessary to maintain complete national unity during this time and to continue the victory celebrations with strength. The current negotiations are national and a continuation of the battlefield, and it is necessary for all people, elites, and political groups to trust this process, which is under the supervision of the Supreme Leader and the highest levels of the system, and to support it, while strictly avoiding any divisive remarks. If [America] surrendering to the enemy on the battlefield turns into a decisive political achievement in the negotiations, we will celebrate this great historic victory together; otherwise, we will fight side by side on the battlefield until all the demands of the Iranian nation are met. Our hands are on the trigger, and as soon as the enemy makes the slightest mistake, it will be responded to with full force.

Full statement via Mike (@karaokecomputer)
Will they negotiate or not? Will they show up in Pakistan at all? I don't know and I don't think it matters that much because, as 'Americans' know, money talks and bullshit walks. Iran has the global economy by the balls and all Empire has left is genocidal gall. Whatever is discussed in Islamabad, the Strait is still closed to the crooked, Iran is still firing, and Hezbollah is still cooking.
