I left the house today. That was a bad idea. Being on the street these days is like being inside an internal combustion engine. Being on the road feels like being inside a car, and not the passenger part. What I’m trying to say is, it’s hot.
The main side effect of heat is wanting to die, followed by a compromise – wanting to sleep. In this season, heat plus rice can equal coma.
Water is one solution, not solution, salve. It helps to stay hydrated, but it still doesn’t help. Nothing helps. The heat is just there, the air is pregnant, it weighs you down. Nothing to do this season but sweat it out. I honestly think we should migrate the entire economy to the hills.
