It’s 5 am and I’m sorta done with this graphic for the Leisure Times. It’s to accompany an article I wrote on all the cool stuff Google’s been coming out with – and how they’re going to take over the world. Here’s a teaser, I’ll put up the rest when Deshan gives me proper permissions. Oh, and if you’re reading this and it’s past 11, call me, the alarm didn’t work or the Snooze button won.
Google is building an empire more valuable than land or money. While Microsoft is laid up with cyber-herpes Google is out there making moves. On closer inspection, however, these choices are no more random than a grandmaster moving bishops and knights into play. Google is just a few steps away from buying the bank while Microsoft is staring vacantly in the mirror, trying to cover its cold sores with make-up. How?
