His ExaLunacy Rajapox keeps winning elections because most of the voters are jackasses who can be bribed with a few goodies come election time. Some xenophobic jackasses vote for him because they believe the stories about international conspiracies. Some jackasses still vote for him out of gratitude for the war victory while the rest of the jackasses either spoil their votes or stay away from the polling booths because they know that none of these elections are free and fair. One fine day our time will come and then the only place Mr.Rajapox and his family will be able to run to will be to China.

I am actually really pleased that you seem to be reading my blog posts with great diligence. Its great that you find my life and my writing this engaging to have read most of my posts.

I agree with you, I am a loser. But a really happy loser who no longer relies on anyone to pay his salary, work when he wants to or not, and generally spend the rest of my years chilling out. :)

Oh and to add I am also a coward, because I am honestly petrified of Malaka Silva. You don’t have to worry about that because you comment anonymously, don’t you?

Luckily for me I visit SL only for the big match and the occasional quick holiday to party in SL and head back to England. Otherwise I party in London or Washington DC. If I want I can now do so in Thailand too, but I much prefer Sri Lanka.

What a sad loser no? No motivation, no life goals, not even 50 yet and chilling out enjoying his life.

I request the Defense Secretary – Mr Gotabhaya Rajapakse – to investigate this incident and get this little rabid puppy son of a dog immediately arrested and put in jail indefinitely. It was one of your armed forces boys who was assaulted by these thugs – and you need to take serious action – even if there’s any sort of influence from the “top”. These morons think they are invincible – and they need to be proved wrong.

i was there, when this happened Malka never asked for a cigaret, this army guy was acting agitated the whole time,, I dont know why just as every one was coming out of the elevator, the major made a smuck remark and reached for his gun,, Malaka’s bodyguard instinctively attacked him and grabbed the gun,, i personally don’t like this guy, but this time the fault was with the major.

Sometimes it’s best to leave these things be Indi. I am sure the Army officer is not all wrapped up in sweet pink roses either. When I hear of these incidents I am glad that Sarath Fonseka plays no significance in Sri Lankan politics.

I agree with you that the ‘gun’ culture must stop. 3 decades of war will do that to a country. It’s no excuse, but look at the United States.

What can we do to stop it is the question.

It’s strange though how many Sri Lankan’s now want to get the hell out of there, with exceptions like me, who’s dying to get back!!!

STOP THE VIOLENCE – SPREAD THE RHYME
Don’t know if you remember this in the US when the gun violence in NY and LA got so bad during the 80′s the east and west coast rappers got together to launch this at clubs.
I believe a similar project can be launched in SL. But it has to go the whole hog. Why not organise something like this? I am sure you will be able to raise the funding for it from the private sector.

Well if he’s providing services for HE then it’s only logical to assume that if HE makes a move on Silva that said services will be brought to light.
I’m pretty sure Silva’s got a ton of incriminating evidence on the President and his family…

I have a feeling it’s not really a question of HE being scared of him. Rather, I think HE values the various services the learned Doctor provides, and as a result, doesn’t particularly give a damn about what he and his progeny get up to. After all, if the majority of the voters of this country don’t seem to care, there’s absolutely no reason for the powers that be to :(
