actually muscle tears are order of magnitude worse than broken bones for athletes. Broken bones heal completely, especially stress fractures. Muscles tears if aggravated will end your career.

Hamstring vs Broken Fibula… both sound horrible!!!! But yeah, amazing stuff for the US team.
