I guess I’m, uh, abandoning all pretense of impartiality, but what the shit, he’s just making numbers up. And not including the cost of Iraq in the budget? Is this Enron, or Harken?
PS. If you feel compelled to comment that I’m a dickhead or spinning the data, just don’t listen to me. Look at the data. Find your own data. Everybody has an opinion and I don’t personally give that much credence to random opinions on the Net (including my own).

This is highly dubious. Miss Travel is a travel/social networking site that connects ‘Generous’ and ‘Attractive’ travelers. To, like, travel together, I guess. It all seems a bit like arranged prostitution and trafficking. This is part of a broader online trend to connect rich men to younger, attractive women. Sites like
Sri Lankan domestics never say anything, they just stop coming. My maid just stopped coming and when I finally pressed her she said I needed to get a washing machine. I was hoping to ride this one out, but I’ve run out of underwear and I have no choice. I finally caved and bought a washing machine, from
The Bush administration talks about all of the new jobs that are being created. Lets think about it. Over 3 million jobs were lost. Some of those people have to go out and find other jobs, and to me counting McDondalds, temporary construction, and 7-11 as jobs is total B.S. Wonderful career right? Just what the average person that spends years in college wants. Hey if some of them play their cards right they could be manager of one of those respected establishments.YEA!! TOTAL B.S.!! You can’t polish a terd. The Bush administration is clearly trying to do just that. Keep in mind forclosure is still at a very high rate. It is in my community, not the sign of an economy on the rebound. People can’t exactly pay all the bills when working at a fast food joint God bless those who work in that business.

Yeah, most of the gains in March were part-time workers. It’s still good that those people have jobs. This is from Sung Won Sohn of Wells Fargo, via Slate:
“Technical factors such as the end of the grocery strike and seasonable weather boosted employment in retail and construction. The report was also helped by the significant jump in part-time workers for economic reasons to 4.7 million from 4.4 million. In fact, the increase in part-imers accounted for the vast majority of the increase in employment. The average duration of employment has been lengthening, persuading unemployed workers to accept part-time jobs. This in part explains the reason for the decline in the average workweek and no increase in overtime.”
